小婴儿低血钙引起呼吸紊乱18例诊治分析

小婴儿低血钙引起的呼吸节律紊乱好发于冬春二季，且均发生在3个月以内小婴儿，特别是2个月者.这可能是新生儿或小婴儿皮层各部位之间电活动的兴奋传导功能较差所致，临床不出现典型惊厥发作.但由于新生儿或小婴儿皮层下结构发育较成熟，能够兴奋附近的组织，如果兴奋波及呼吸中枢，可出现呼吸节律改变.讨论了与肺炎或并发呼衰的鉴别，治疗的关键是尽早静脉补充钙剂.

Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment in 18 Young Infants with Respiratory Disorder Arising from Hypocalcemia

The respiratory disorder happens in infants aged no more than 3 months,especially in infants aged 2 months,and frequently appeares during winter and spring.This may arise from the worse excitative conduction function of electric activity during all parts of cortex in neonates or young infants,but there isn't typical eclampsia attack in clinic.But due to the development of the structures under the cortex is relatively mature in neonates or young infants,which can excite tissues nearby,respiratory rhythm may change if excitation spreads to respiratory center.The author discusses the discrimination between respiratory disorder and pneumonia or intercurrent respiratory failure.The key treatment is to supply calcium by vein as early as possible.
