Abstract:The research has prepared the(La0.67Ca0.33MnO3)1-x/(SrBi2Ta2O9)x(x=0,0.015,0.02,0.03,0.05,0.07,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25) by conventional solid-state reaction.The electrical transport properties are investigated systemically.The results show that with the increase of doping substances SrBi2Ta2O9(SBT),complex changes take place in trend in the resistivity increase-decrease-to increase.The cause of this phenomenon is explained.
