| 摘 要： | 成都市作为西南地区的经济中心之一，其房地产业极大地促进了本地区房地产市场的发育，同时也促进了本地区产业结构的调整和国民经济发展，由于房产与地产之间的特殊相关性，在发展的过程中出现了一些不协调的因素，就二者之间的关系作了较为深入的分析，并对相关问题作了讨论。
