胎膜早破致羊膜腔感染43例临床分析

目的：了解胎膜早破致羊膜腔感染给产妇及新生儿带来的危害,提醒医务工作者重视对胎膜早破及羊膜腔感染的防治,加强围产期保健工作.方法：对2005-01～2006-12入院的121例胎膜早破患者于分娩后取胎膜、胎盘、脐带做病理检查并进行分析.结果：121例胎膜早破者有43例发生羊膜腔感染,提示胎膜早破易发生羊膜腔感染,必须加强对胎膜早破的预防,及时控制羊膜腔感染,减少母儿病死率.

Clinical Analysis on 43 Cases of Infection of Amniotic Cavity Following Premature Rupture of Fetal Membranes

Objective:To study the hazard of infection of amniotic cavity following premature rupture of fetal membranes to parturients and newborns and remind medical workers to pay more attention to preventing this disease and to strengthen perinatal health work.Methods:The fetal membranes,placenta and umbilical cord of 121 cases of premature rupture of fetal membranes in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2006 were examined pathologically and analyzed.Results:Infection of amniotic cavity happened to 43 cases among 121 cases of premature rupture of fetal membranes.Conclusion:The results of this research imply that infection of amniotic cavity more likely happens to premature rupture of fetal membranes and it can decrease fetomaternal fatality rate by preventing premature rupture of fetal membranes and controlling infection of amniotic cavity promptly.
