压力钢管焊接残余应力的有限元分析计算

摘    要:本文模拟和计算焊接接头及附近区域的焊接残余应力,模型范围取压力钢管环焊及其两侧共1.5m.用8节点、三维块体元离散,考虑到焊接的特点,在焊缝区域单元宽度取15mm,其它区域75mm,确定计算模型厦单元网络图,计算规模取总自由度18000,结点数6000.单元数2882,在有限元分析、计算中单元按非协调元处理,分别计算出压力钢管外、内侧残余应力及其分布情况.

Abstract:In order to imitate and calculate the welded connection and the welded residual stresses in nearby area,the limits of model is 1.5m,including the annular weld of penstocks and its two sides.Using eight connector,and thinking about the feature of weld,the width of connection area unit is 15mm and the other is 75mm,We determine calculation model and unit network picture: the whole restrainage of calculation scale is 18000,the member is 6000,the unit number is 2882.Analyzing in finite elements,the disposal of units depends on non-coordinate elements,i.e.,calculating the residual stresses of penstock's interiors and exterior respectively,and their distribution.
