In essence, agricultural cooperatives is an agricultural producer-oriented organization of mutualization,and agricultural produc-ers should enjoy the right of control and distribution of surplus value.However, the broad participation of leading enterprises, private cap-ital and other social forces make Chinese new generation of agricultural cooperatives have double characteristics of membership heterogene-ity and cooperative organization heterogeneity, and present capital and stock trend day by day.Because of our country’s conditions, new generation of agricultural cooperatives are easily alienated to capital -oriented enterprise in practice, thus run counter to national inten-tion.Sticking to the essence and innovation must be the future of the agricultural cooperatives.
