| 摘 要： | 证人保护措施是民事诉讼证人保护制度的核心部分,由于我国民事诉讼中的证人保护措施方面的相关法律规定过于原则性,导致在司法实践中缺乏可操作性。为了切实建立全面、系统且高效的民事诉讼证人保护制度,必须加大庭审前的预防性民事诉讼证人保护措施力度,密切结合庭审中与庭审后的民事诉讼证人保护措施,对各阶段的各种证人保护措施加以综合运用。

| Abstract: | The witness protection measure is the core system of witness protection in civil procedure.The provisions of witness protection measure in the civil procedure is too general, Leading to lack of operability in the judicial practice.In order to establish a comprehensive, systematic and effective witness protection system in civil procedure,We must strengthen the preventive witness protection measures before the trial in civil procedure, and combined closely the witness protection measures in trial and after trial in civil procedure, and apply the measures to protect all kinds of witnesses in different stages comprehensively. |
