摘    要:针对目前元坝气田汽提塔工艺参数不合理、汽提效率远低于设计要求、存在极大优化空间的现象,开展了含硫气田水汽提效率影响因素分析研究,确定出主控因素为气液比、进液量、进液pH值和填料比表面积,以此指导汽提塔汽提效率优化。现场应用表明,优化后汽提塔汽提效率达到76.6%,比优化前提高29.2%,年节约成本280.97万元,降本增效效果显著,也为同类海相高含硫气田的现场应用提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Based on the current situation of unreasonable process parameters of the stripper,stripping efficiency is far below the design requirements,and the existence of great optimization space phenomenon in Yuanba gas field,the research on the stripping efficiency influencing factors was carried out. The main factors were determined to be the gas-liquid ratio,influent volume,influent pH,and filler specific surface area,which were used to guide the stripping efficiency optimization of the stripper. Field application shows that the stripping efficiency after optimization reaches 76.6%,which is 29.2% higher than that before optimization. The annual cost saving is 2.8 million,which has significant effect on cost reduction and benefits enhancement,and also provides a certain reference for field application of similar marine gas field with high sulfur content.
