预制拼装综合管廊刚度折减计算方法

摘    要:基于槽型拼装预制管廊的构造特点,引入侧壁刚度折减系数和弯矩调整系数,提出预制管廊局部刚度折减计算方法。分析管廊接头刚度比、宽高比、地基抗力系数以及埋深对刚度折减系数和弯矩调整系数的影响,建立了刚度折减系数和弯矩调整系数的计算公式。研究结果表明:刚度折减系数随接头刚度比增大而增加,弯矩调整系数随接头刚度比增大而减小;刚度折减系数随宽高比增大而减小,但对弯矩调整系数影响很小。地基抗力系数和埋深对刚度折减系数和弯矩调整系数的影响均不明显。侧壁刚度折减计算方法经试验模型验证,结果表明具有较高的可靠性,可为槽型拼装预制管廊结构分析计算提供依据。

Abstract:Based on the structural characteristics of the precast utility tunnel composed of groove-shape elements, the calculation method of the local stiffness reduction was proposed by introducing the side wall stiffness reduction factor and moment adjustment factor. The influences of the joint stiffness ratio, ratio of width to height, soil resistance coefficient and buried depth on the stiffness reduction factor and moment adjustment factor were analyzed. The results show that the stiffness reduction factor increases with the increase of joint stiffness ratio, and the moment adjustment factor decreases with the increase of joint stiffness ratio. The stiffness reduction factor decreases with the increase of ratio of width to height, however has little effect on the moment adjustment factor. The influence of soil resistance coefficient and buried depth on stiffness reduction factor and moment adjustment factor is not obvious. The calculation method of the side wall stiffness reduction has been verified by the test model, which has high reliability and can be used in the structural analysis of the precast utility tunnel composed of groove-shape elements.
