| 摘 要： | 我国自1998年以来,投资率一直持续居高不下。横向比较,我国投资率不仅高于世界平均水平,也分别高于低收入、中等收入和高收入国家的平均水平。高投资率给宏观经济带来诸多的负面影响,探讨如何确定适度的投资率,强调应以合理消费率为基准,并提出了确定适度投资率的理论依据和具体方法。

| Abstract: | Investment rate has been high since 1998 in our country.It is not only higher than the average level in the world,but also higher than that of the low,medium and high income countries by comparison.The high investment rate has had much negative influence on the macroeconomy of our country.This paper analyzes ways to set appropriate investment rate and offers methods and theoretical basis for the reasonable investment rate. |
