压电式电/气转换装置实验研究

摘    要:介绍了一种压电式电/气转换装置的结构、工作原理.实验研究证明,以压电复合圆盘作为执行器的转换装置响应快、反应灵敏、性能稳定,在较低电压下很容易实现输出气压0.02~0.1MPa的工业现场要求,为新型压电结构电/气转换器的研制打下了基础.

Abstract:The structure and operating principle of a new electric-pneumatic transfer device based on piezoelectric actuators are proposed. Experimental results show that the new device with piezoelectric composite disc has the characteristics of fast response, sensitive reaction, stable performance and can meet the requirments of the air pressure output between 0.02 and 0.1 MPa in industrial field with low voltage, which provides a good basis of development of electric-pneumatic transducer valve with new piezoelectric actuators.
