行为矢量模型初探

行为由动机而产生并指向目标是动机性行为的基本过程,行为的有效性将取决于行为主体和行为环境两大类因素,其中属于行为主体的是动力因素、能力因素和努力因素,属于行为环境的是机遇条件因素。本文则从“行为是有方向的”这一动机性行为的基本特性和“行为环境对行为产生影响和干扰”这一不可否定的关系入手,引进“行为矢量”和“环境场”等概念,建立行为矢量作用模型,并以此描述行为及其与环境作用等现象。

A Preliminary Discussion on the Model of Behavioural Vector

The face that behaviovcr is derived from motivation and is aiming is the basic process of motivational behaviour. The validity of behaviour lies in the Sabject and environment of behaviour. Based on the characterisitics of motivational behaviour-- behaviour is directional, and the undeniable fact that behavioural environment interacts with and interfene with behavionr, the thesis introduces the concept of "behavioural vector" and "beharioural field". The model of behavionral vector is put forward, with which behaviour and environmental interaction one described in the thesis.
