摘    要:用十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为模板,制备了球霰石型CaCO3.分别利用傅立叶变换红外吸收光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段进行了表征.结果表明:未加SDBS时,样品主要为方解石.搅拌3 h,当SDBS浓度为0.5 mM时,样品为球霰石;搅拌10 h,样品为方解石和球霰石混合物.当SDBS浓度1.0 mM时,样品为球霰石.搅拌时间的增加,有利于方解石晶体的形成及产品分散度的增加.当SDBS浓度为5.0mM时,样品的晶型和形貌与搅拌时间无关.根据实验结果,讨论了球霰石形成的可能机理.

Abstract:The vaterite is synthesized by the templating method with anionic surfactants SDBS.The samples are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electronic microscopy(SEM).The rhombohedral calcite crystal is obtained in the absence of SDBS.As the SDBS concentration is increased to 0.5 mM,the sample consists of only vaterite stirred for 3 h,and the mixture of calcite and vaterite stirred for 10 h respectively.When the SDBS concentration is further increased to as high as 1 mM,the pure vaerite is obtained.The increasing of stirred time enhances the excellent dispersant.And as the SDBS concentration is increased to 5.0 mM,the stirred time has no effect on the crystal polymorph of the sample.The possible formation mechanism of vaterite is proposed based on the experimental results.
