中小企业员工心理契约与工作满意度关系

摘    要:从员工视角出发,在山东省内选取了10家中小企业的550名员工作为研究样本.通过问卷调查收集有关数据,并运用相关分析、回归分析等统计方法对员工心理契约与工作满意度的关系进行了实证研究.结果表明:两者之间存在显著的正线性相关关系.

Abstract:From the visual angle of employee,550 employees from 10 small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong province was selected as the research samples and the data were collected by questionnaire investigation.The empirical research on the relationship between employee psychological contract and job satisfaction was conducted with statistical methods such as correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results indicate that there is a significant positive linear correlation between them.
