把健全完善监督制约机制摆到更加突出的位置--关于反腐倡廉工作任务的思考

随着党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的不断深入，监督制约机制不健全、不完善所带来的问题日益凸现出来。它同反腐败斗争三项工作任务格局不相协调，明显滞后，是反腐介廉工作的薄弱环节。其主要表现是认识模糊、监督乏力、制约失衡。如果这个“瓶颈”不突破，反腐倡廉工作就难以深入。要在已有工作的基础上，继续抓好党内监督、法律监督、行政监督、政党监督、舆论监督、群众监督。必须坚持民主法制原则、公开透明原则、改革创新原则。

More Emphasis on Strenghening and Improving the Mechanism of Supervision--Some Thoughts on the Task of Anti-corruption

With the development of constructing an honest Communist Party and the campaign of anti-corruption,more and more problems arise because of the imperfection of supervision mechanism,which has become the vulnerable spot and incoordinate with the three-item task in anti-corruption.The main problems are weak awareness,inefficient and imbalanced supervision. If these problems cannot be well solved,the anti-corruption task is hard to be carried out. So,the author here puts forward that we must continue to make efforts in the supervision of party,law,administration,and public masses under the principle of democracy,openness and innovation.
