| 摘 要： | 简述了关联规则挖掘技术及其在高校人才培养模式中的应用,并从高校已培养人才的大量相关数据中找到大学生毕业前在校表现情况与其在工作单位表现情况之间的关联关系,为高校决策人员决定学校采用什么样的人才培养模式提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the technique of the association rule mining,presented its application in talent cultivating pattern, and attempted to find the relationship between the appraisal of working department about the graduates and the behavior appraisement from their universities,provided the scientific basis of policy decisions for the universities: what kind of cultivating pattern of college talents they take. |
