涡旋压缩机壳体的有限元分析

摘    要:对涡旋压缩机的壳体采用三维实体单元划分筒体网格,编制了通用性强和可读性强的涡旋压缩机筒体网络自动生成软件,并得到在此种单元模式下的应力图和变形图.经实验应力检测,其结果表明有限元方法与应力检测结果吻合良好,并提出了合理确定壳体结构的建议.

Abstract:A software of automatic mesh generation for analysis of shell of scroll compressor is developed by using the three-dimensional solid element to divide the mesh of the shell. Stress and deformation diagrams of the shell of the scroll compressor are derived. The critical cross-section is found and the structure strength is checked. The experiment has verified that the result of stress testing coincides with that of FEM analysis satisfactorily, so that it can be recommended as a reasonable determination method for the shell construction.
