拖拉机驾驶室隔振器设计的研究

摘    要:将拖拉机驾驶室简化成垂向振动、纵向摆动和横向摆动的三自由度空间力学模型,以驾驶室四个支承点处的振动绝对传递系数之和最小为目标,以隔振器刚度为设计变量,进行多目标、多约束优化,从而得到隔振器的最优刚度.再根据强度条件、稳定性条件等对隔振器结构尺寸进行设计.

Abstract:The wheeled tractor cab is simplified as a three-degree-of-freedom dynamic model with vertical vibration pitching-rolling and with the weighted sum of absolute transmissibility of vibration at four cab supports as objective function, and with the stiffness of isolator as design variable, the multi-objective and multi-constraint optimization is made, resulting in optimum stiffness of front and rear isolators . The structure of isolator is designed in accordance with strength and stability requirements
