摘    要:应用磁记录理论设计了一种新型窄道宽软盘磁头,利用自制和国产加工设备,辅以进口检测设备对该磁头进行了试制,着重分析了研磨工艺品质问题以及玻璃烧结过程中裂纹的产生和预防,并通过联机测试验证设计及工艺的正确性.

Abstract:Based on the magnetic recording theory, a new head of narrow track width for a floppy disk is designed and trial produced in the authors' laboratory. It is a wide writing and narrow-reading head with a single gap. It has the erase ability though without an erase head. The lapping process and glass sintering technique are discussed at some length. Test results show that the track density of 270 or higher tpi of the head is reached and the performance of the head is the same as that of imported ones.
