| 摘 要： | 在目前我国经济迅速发展，能源供需日益紧张的局势下，从环境效益和社会效益两方面对发展生物能源进行了综合分析。分析表明，发展生物能源不仅可以减少有害物质和温室气体排放量，增加国土绿化面积，还可以有效利用农业垃圾、固废等；对能源安全、农业结构调整、农民增收、增加就业机会等也有着深远的社会和经济意义。
