摘    要:采用静态顶空-毛细管气相色谱法对地表水中的甲醛和苯系物各组分同时测定,并对分析条件进行优化,详细讨论了各因素对测定结果的影响。结果发现,本方法能将甲醛与苯系物各组分分离,并可以使难分离同分异构体二甲苯分开,且不影响其他组分。本实验条件下,各组分校准曲线方程相关系数均大于0.995,加标回收率在90%-110%之间,相对标准偏差均低于5%。该方法简便、快速、准确,能同时适用于地表水水中甲醛和苯系物的测定。

Abstract:A method for the simultaneous determination of methanal and BTEX with static headspace gas chromatogra phy was developed.To characterize the influence of various factors on results, some parameters were studiedin detail. The results showed that the methanal and BTEX could be separated from each other and dimethylbenzene isomer could also be separated without affecting other components.Under our experimental conditions,the coefficients of linear equation for each component were higher than 0.995.The recoveries were 90%-110% and the relative standard deviations were lower than 5%.The method was simple,quick, and accurate. It was suit to determine the methanal and BTEX in surface water.
