论数字在HSE管理中的重要性探析

对数字在企业的健康、安全、环境管理工作中的重要性进行了详细论述，从本质安全技术性、科学管理的严密性、严格考核的依据性以及成绩效果的量化性等几个方面入手，从设计、施工、生产、管理、考核、效果等几个方面抽出实际生产管理的大量数据进行量化分析，提出健康安全环境管理不能“大概、也许、差不多”，用准确的数据，明确严格的标准，用量化的结果与可分解的目标突出数字在健康安全环境管理中的显著效果。

The Importance of Data in the Management of HSE

In this paper, the importance of data in the management of health, safety, and environment were discussed from the nature of security technology, scientific management, strict examination and achievement effect quantification.We took large amounts of data from actual production management such as design, construction,production,management,assessment,effect and other aspects for quantitative analysis,and put forward the principle of health and safety environmental management.The quantitative results and decomposable targets are efficient in the health and safety environmental management.
