| 摘 要： | 军事惩罚制度是历朝各代建立政权时乃至巩固政权之后都相当重视的一个部分,而各朝历代能够建立政权乃至巩固政权,军队是主要依靠力量,因此对军事违法所进行的惩罚尤为受到关注。沿着军惩制度发展的轨迹,直至明清时期的完善系统化,通过对比前后军惩在立法上的不同来阐述军惩制度到明清时期的发展及其原因。

| Abstract: | The military affairs chastisement system is a part of affairs which each monarch thinks much of after regime has been constituted. Moreover, regime foundation basicaLly depends on army power, so the punishment of lawbreaking has been taken more attention to. Along the development track up to systematism, it contrasts incongruous legishtion in order to expound the development and reasons of the military affairs chastisement system. |
