烤鳗过程中提取DHA的研究

摘    要:本文报导采用盐溶解度法分离提取烤鳗过程中DHA的有关结果。该方法具有工艺简单,成本低的特点。经浓缩6倍,分离制得的DHA含量高达27.72%。同时还探讨了影响收率的有关因素。

Abstract:The preparation of Polyunsaturated fatty acid DHA from elf fish waste products was concentrated and purificated with.salt solubility method. This technology Was easy to operate and low cost. Also, some effect of factors on the yield of product was investigated. The final product contained docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) 27. 72% and Was concentrated 6 times to ell fish oil.
