| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是自然、社会、经济之间的均衡、和谐和互补 ,具有一定数量的水资源是区域社会经济可持续发展的基本条件 ,它不但要求水资源具有一定的数量和质量满足当代人发展的需要 ,而且还应当具有潜在的价值和能力 ,可供进一步开发利用 ,不断满足后代人发展的需要。因而合理有效的利用水资源 ,积极开展水污染的治理 ,是人类繁衍的重要条件 ,同时也是维护生命赖以生存的自然系统的完整性的必要条件

| Abstract: | Sustainable development is the equilibration, harmonization and complementarity of nature, society and economy. Water is the basic condition for sustainable development of regional social economy. It not only demands the proper quantity and quality of water resources to satisfy the developing requirement of this generation, but also demands potential value and capability of water resources for further exploitation and satisfying the developing requirement of our offsprings. So the effective utilization of water and harnessing of water pollution are the important condition for human survival and for maintenance of the integrity of natural system which lives rely for existence. |
