| 摘 要： | 针对车牌边框和铆钉对车牌定位准确率的影响,提出了一种水平垂直结构元素的方法.该方法利用边缘检测和数学形态学中的开运算、图像膨胀、腐蚀以及区域填充等对车牌图像进行了处理,有效地消弱了车牌边框和铆钉的不利影响.试验结果表明:该方法是有效的、可行的,便于下一步的字符分割.

| Abstract: | A new horizontal vertical structure element for the impact of license plate frame and rivets is presented.The method use edge detection and image open operation,dilation,erosion,as well as area filling in mathematical morphology process on license plate image.Then,it effectively weakens their adverse effects.The results prove that this method is feasible and effective,and convenient for the second step. |
