皖西非金属矿产资源可持续开发利用和保护的对策思考

皖西非金属矿产资源丰富，它的开发利用应以优势矿产为重点，搞好统一规划与管理。笔者在分析了皖西非金属矿产资源开发利用存在问题的基础上，从可持续发展战略的角度，提出了若干环保对策。一是应始终贯彻执行“谁开发谁受益谁治理”的原则；二是加强非金属矿山的环境地质工作；三是开发环保型矿产品，走生态矿业之路。

Several Views of the Environmental Countermeasures about the Suitable Exploitation and Protection of Wanxi Nonmetallic Mineral Resources

Wanxi nonmetallic mineral resources are abundant. According to the superiority resources of exploitation and utilization, the unified plan and management will be done well. Based on analy-,Ing the existing problems in their exploitation and utilization of Wanxi nonmetallic mineral resources, the author puts forward some environmental protection countermeasures from the strategic angle of suitable development. Firstly, the principle carried out is always that those who exploit mineral resources will get profits meanwhile they should harness the enviornment. Secondly, the environmental geology work of the nonmetallic mine must be strengthened, At last, we should go ahead along the way of ecotype mining, to exploit the mineral products of environment protection- type.
