| Abstract: | This Pape reports that we have successfully extracted total alkaloids fromthe bulb of Curcuma Wenyuin, which grows in Zhejiang Province, using axnmonia water asan extraction agent. we have also seParaed alkaoid (I) arid alkaloid by elutionthrough chromatograPhy cournn packed with silica gel G and carried out compariam andscreening arnong thin-layer developing solvents alld chromgenic agents for pyridazine alka-loids. |
