黄瓜花原基形成及分化研究

摘    要:黄瓜种子经室内沙培,其子叶出土后第二天在第一真叶叶腋处即出现花原基,依次分化出花等原基、花瓣原基、雄蕊原基和雌蕊原基,整个发育期约20d本实验为研究花芽分化机理提供了良好的实验系统.同时证明,光照不是诱导花原基形成的必要因素.

Abstract:The Cucumber seedlings were cultured on sand medium. The floral primordiawere observed at the first leaf axils of 5-day-old seedlings, and then differentiated to sepal pri-mordia, petal primoria, stamn primordia and pistil primordia in order. The whole stage ofdevelopment was about 2O days. Moreover, it was proved that light was not the necessary fac-tor to the formation of inducing floral primordia.
