| 摘 要： | 通过四年石刁柏组培技术研究,选择出适合石刁柏茎段发技和发根培养基激素组合分别是:0.05NAA+0.05BA、2KT+2BA+0.5GA+0.25NAA+0.5IBA+12.4-D+10A,为今后石刁柏组培提出了研究内容和方向。

| Abstract: | The suitable substrate hormone combinations for the rooting and branching of stem cutting have been selected by the study on tissue culture technology of Asparagus for four years. There are 0. 05NAA + 0. 05BA. 2KT+2BA+0. 5GA + 0. 25NAA + 0. 5IBA + 12. 4-D+10A respectively. The study puts forward the content and direction on tissue culture technology of Asparagus future sluoly. |
