| Abstract: | In this paper, a practical decision support system is developed, which is intended to be used in the regional road network planning. An architecture of model base management system including External Schema Level, Logical Schema Level and Physical Schema Level is proposed. Also designed was a Model Manipulation Language (MML) with which the process of models can be implemented. Besides, the design and implementation of file structures in the decision model base are introduced. |
