一种交联型聚苯乙烯及其玻璃纤维增强塑料的研究

摘    要:本文研究由高分子量的聚苯乙烯为主链,以苯乙烯和顺丁烯二酸酐进行接枝共聚,同时通过 环氧树脂的环氧基与酸酐的羧基发生化学作用而交联起来的交联型聚苯乙烯.红外光谱测定表 明,该高分子合金具有网状结构,它在弱氢键介质中溶解度参数由最大溶胀法测定为9.8(卡/厘 米3)(1/2).由它制成的玻璃纤维增强塑料抗弯强度与不饱和聚酯玻璃钢相似,高于3000kg/cm2,耐 酸性良好,但不耐碱.

Abstract:This paper deals with the study of a crosslinking polystyrene which forms by a high molecular weight polystyrene as the main chain to carry out the graft copolymerizaion with styrene and maleic anhydride. Simultaneou- sly, it is crosslinked by means of epoxy groups of epoxy resin reacting chemical1y with carboxy groups of acid anhydride. It is characterized by the infrared spectroscopy that this polymer alloy possesses a network structure. Its solubility parameter in the poor hydrogen bond mediums determined by the maximum swelling method is 9.8 (cal/cm~3)~(1/2).The above mentioned comp1ex mixture has been prepared with glassfiber cloth to form glassfiber reinforced plastic through contact moulding. The flexural strength of this GRP,similar to that of unsaturated polyester GRP, is higher than 3000kg/cm~2, and it is excellently resistant to acid,but can be attacked by NaOH liquor.
