| Abstract: | The continuous improvement is a kind of advanced concept concerning the enterprise management.For an enterprise pursuing outstanding achievements,the most important thing does not lie in how many problems the enterprise has,but in that whether the enterprise seeks the weak points of itself,and then takes measures to realize continuous improvement.As an effective approach for discovering problems,analyzing problems,solving problems and improving the quality control system continuously,the effect of the deviation management is being more and more apparent. |
