能源微藻与生物炼制

摘    要:微藻作为重要的生物能源原料,具有巨大的生物质生产潜力。本文结合目前能源微藻在藻种选育、规模培养以及生物炼制方面的研究现状和发展中存在的问题,综述了近年来各国在微藻能源开发方面的重要科研工作,并对微藻能源开发的相关研究方向和进展进行了评述和预测,对能源微藻生物炼制的关键科学问题进行了分析,指出了在高产优质藻种筛选与培育、能源微藻规模化培养以及微藻生物炼制中需要解决的关键科学问题,并提出微藻生物质综合利用以及生态养殖是我国能源微藻产业发展的重要方向。

Abstract:Microalgae, as one of the important bioenergy resources, has huge potential for biomass production. This paper showed the state-of-the-art and problems in the strain screening, mass cultivation and biorefinery of microalgae, and reviewed the research work about microalgae for renewable energy production. The research directions and key basic researches in high yield strain screening, mass cultivation and biorefinery of energy microalgae were analyzed. It was suggested that the development tendency for microalgal bioenergy industry might be ecological cultivation of microalgae and comprehensive exploitation of algal biomass.
