辐条式绳轮强度的研究

摘    要:本文在详细分析了已有绳轮计算方法的基础上,建立了辐条式绳轮的力学模型,编制了有限元计算绳轮的专用程序,电算得到轮缘和轮辐的应力及变形规律。通过量纲分析和电子计算机正交试验,确定出影响绳轮强度的主要参数为:钢绳包角α、摩擦系数μ、轮辐数n、轮辐与轮缘的截面惯性矩比J_f/J_y,考虑到经济性和结构的力学特性,作者建议在绳轮设计中取n=10,J_f/J_y=0.2。

Abstract:Based on the detailed analysis of existing calculating methods of spoked sheaves, a plane-frame model is set up and so a specialized FEM program is provided for calculating the deformation and stresses of the rim and spokes of a sheave. Introducing the dimensional analysis and orthogonal design test by computer, the main factors influencing the strength of a sheave can be found out, such as the enclosing angle of rope winding around a sheave a, the frictional coefficient u, the number of spokes n and the ratio of the moment of inertia of spoke to that of rim Jf/Ju etc. An option that n = 10 and Jf/Jy = 0,2 is recommended in designing a spoked sheave when both economical and mechanical benefits are concerned.
