摘    要:供应链协同创新成为当下企业应对市场竞争的重要战略,知识共享对供应链协同创新有促进作用。由于涉及了许多参与者和流程,汽车供应链的协同创新非常复杂,汽车制造商严重依赖供应商来实现生产。本文旨在研究考虑知识共享情况下汽车供应链中的协同创新,通过构建制造商和供应商两级供应链的斯坦伯格(Stackelberg)博弈模型,分析发现知识共享成本和吸收能力会影响知识共享数量,进而影响供应链协同创新收益;同时在考虑供应链集中决策情况下,当知识共享成本较高时,通过特定的承诺批发价格契约可以使供应链得到协调。

Abstract:Supply chain collaborative innovation is an important strategy for companies to face the increasing market competition. The automobile supply chain collaborative innovation is very complex due to the involvement of multipleparticipants and processes. Meanwhile, automobile manufacturers rely deeply on suppliers to realize production. This paperaims to study the supply chain collaborative innovation considering knowledge sharing. By constructing the Stackelberggame model of a two-tier supply chain of the manufacturer and the supplier, the analysis finds out the cost of knowledgesharing and the absorptive capacity could affect the amount of the knowledge shared, which further influences the benefitsof collaborative innovation. Meanwhile, under the condition of centralized decision making, the supply chain could becoordinated through a specific contract with committed wholesale price while the cost of knowledge sharing is relativelyhigh.
