我国技术扩散服务体系构建研究

与发达国家相比,我国目前缺少专业的技术扩散服务机构或机制。本文研究了技术扩散服务体系的意义,分析了我国技术扩散服务机制存在的问题,以美国制造业拓展合作伙伴计划为例,研究其技术扩散服务体系的模式和路径,从组织要素、资源要素和环境要素分析其技术转移扩散服务体系的要素组成,从服务制度体系、服务内容体系、服务管理体系和服务评价体系分析其技术扩散服务体系的体系建设,提出适合我国技术转移扩散服务体系的相关建议。

Research on the Construction of Technology Diffusion Service System in China

Compared with developed industrial countries, professional technology diffusion service institutions or mechanisms are missing in China. This paper studies the significance of technology diffusion service system, analyses the problems existing in China, takes the American Manufacturing Extension Partnership as an example, studies the mode and path of its technology diffusion service system, and analyses the elements of its technology transfer and diffusion service system from the organizational, resource and environmental factors, analyses the system construction of that from the service Institutional system, service content system, service management system and service evaluation system, and put forward to relevant suggestions suitable for China''s technology transfer and diffusion service system.
