摘    要:为了建立海洋中药厚藤(Ipomoea pes-caprae (Linn.)Sweet)的质量标准,本研究采用薄层色谱法,以咖啡酸为对照品,对厚藤进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法,对厚藤中绿原酸、咖啡酸、异槲皮苷、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C等6个成分进行含量测定。结果显示,本研究建立的厚藤薄层色谱鉴别法,色谱图斑点清晰,分离度好,专属性强;检测得到10批不同产地厚藤中6个成分的含量范围。表明本研究建立的质量标准可有效控制厚藤的质量。

Abstract:This study was conducted to establish the quality standard of marine Chinese medicine Ipomoea pes-caprae.Ipomoea pes-caprae was identified with caffeic acid as the reference substance by TLC.The content of six components such as caffeic acid,chlorogenic acid,isoquercitrin,isochlorogenic acid B,I sochlorogenic acid A,and isochlorogenic acid C in Ipomea pes-caprae was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.A TLC method for identification of Ipomoea pes-caprae was established.The chromatograms for Ipomoea pes-caprae were clear,the resolution was good,and the specificity was strong.The content range of 6 components in 10 batches of different Ipomoea pes-caprae was detected.The quality standards established in this study can effectively control the quality of Ipomoea pes-caprae.
