Research of the generation mechanism of the enterprise core competence

The way to obtain long-term competitive advantage is to enhance the core competence,this paper uses the enterprise competence structure chart to elaborate the relationship of the enterprise study,the core competence and the long-term competitive advantage,constructs the multi-layered loop model to expound the logical relationship of the standard,competence and strategy learning loop,points out that the mutual functions of the interior essential factors of the learning loops promote the formation of the enterprise core competence.
