| 摘 要： | 简介了人力资源的基本内涵，在分析国内外既有文献的基础上，论述了中国人力资源演谱的基本特征：人力资源丰富，正处于开发的好时机；劳动适龄人口呈较快的增长势头；劳动力文化水平逐步提高，但整体水平仍较低；分析了中国人力资源的城乡结构和省城结构，均表现出不均衡的发展态势，探讨了中国人力的开发利用对策。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyses on past documents at home and abroad, the article firstly briefs the basic connotation of human resources and discusses its development characters. The thesis secondly makes an analysis on the human resources structure of urban and rural and structure among provinces, which reflects improportionate development. At the last, the thesis points out the countermeasures for exploiting and utilizing human resources in China. |
