| 摘 要： | 高校的教学仪器设备等固定资产，面向教学、科研、开发应用等各方面，直接影响到学校各项工作的开展，涉及采购、合理配置、培训提高、维护管理等诸多问题。南京人口管理干部学院在其发展过程中，坚持改革创新的思想方法，领导重视，形成三级管理模式，完善管理规定，优化资源配置，加强规范操作，取得了一些成绩和经验。
