| 摘 要： | 目的 观察探讨综合康复治疗我院退役运动员颈椎病的疗效；方法 将退役运动员中临床确诊的颈椎病患者随机分成两组，治疗组给予颈椎牵引联合温热式低周波疗法，选择适当牵引角度及重量间歇牵引，设定治疗时间疗程，后配以温热式低周波治疗；对照组给与牵引方法疗程同前的单纯颈椎牵引治疗；结果 对治疗组和对照组的颈椎病均有疗效，其中对治疗组有显著疗效，两组疗效差异有统计学意义；结论 颈椎牵引联合温热式低周波的综合康复治疗优于单纯颈椎牵引治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the retired athletes' therapeutic effects using synthetic healing in cervical syndrome. Methods: Based on the criteria of clinical diagnosis, patients with cervical syndrome were randomized into two groups. Group A was treated with cervical traction and tepid low frequency electricity ;Group B was treated with simple cervical traction. Results: There were better therapeutic effects in group A compared with group B (P<0.01). Conclusion: The therapeutic effects using synthetic healing were more effective than that of simple cervical traction in cervical syndrome. |
