| 摘 要： | 以单面触液金电极石英晶体微天平指示直接碘量法点，测定了几种样品中抗坏血酸的含量，结果表明，该法比较传统的淀粉指示终点法更灵敏，所用石英晶体微天平具有使用长，可在高浓度电解质溶液中稳定振荡折特点。

| Abstract: | Quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) with one gold electrode in contact with solution is used as an end point detector of direct iodimetry for the determination of ascorbic acid in several samples. Results show that this technique offers higher sensitivity than the conventional method with starch as the end point indicator and the QCM can be well used in concentrated electrolytic solutions with long service life and high frequency stability. |
