| 摘 要： | “为人找书和为书找人”是当今图书馆员的工作方法和服务理念。分析了“为人找书和为书找人”理念与提高馆藏图书利用率的关系,指出应把它融入图书馆工作的各个层面及全过程,加强图书馆员的服务意识,深化“为人找书和为书找人”理念,以提高馆藏图书利用率。
