响应面法优化小刺猴头菌寡糖的纯化工艺研究

摘    要:采用盐析法对小刺猴头菌寡糖进行纯化,在pH值、硫酸铵饱和度和溶液浓度3个单因素试验的基础上,根据中心组合(Box-Benhnken)试验设计原理,以粗多糖中的蛋白去除率为指标响应值作响应面和等高线,分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用,得出利用硫酸铵盐析法去除寡糖中杂蛋白的工艺条件为:pH值为5.91,硫酸铵饱和度为57%,溶液浓度为4%。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted using salting-out method to purify the oligosaccharide of H.caput-medusae(Bull.Fr.)
