| 摘 要： | 国际贸易合同作为法律语言,长期以来所定义的标准是"精准"。而在实际工作中,合同条款常常会使用模糊限制语来表达时间、地点、规格等信息,造成语用含糊。我们从语用学角度来分析这些现象,提出合同条款中适当的模糊反而更加能够体现语言的灵活性,实现语用的合作原则,促进合同的顺利履行。

| Abstract: | The terms in international trade contract are in the field of legal languages,and the criterion of them is accurateness.However,many terms in contracts may apply hedges to state time,date,place or specifications,which may lead to fuzziness.We analyze this phenomenon from pragmatics and argues that proper fuzziness may reflect the flexibility of languages and realize the cooperative principles,which may also facilitate the smooth implication of the contract. |
