基于模因论的法律英语教学

摘    要:语言模因论揭示了语言发展的规律,为语言教学的研究提供了一种崭新的思路。本文从模因论视角出发,以同化、记忆、表达和传输四个阶段对模因论在法律英语教学中的运用进行分析和研究,并指出学习者通过这四个阶段对新信息进行分析、甄别,获取并传播新知识。

Abstract:Memetics reveals the law of language development,and also provides a new perspective on foreign language teaching.Having explored the teaching of legal English from the four stages of memetics,that is,assimilation,retention,expression and transmission,the author holds that it is from these four stages that students learn to analyze and distinguish the newly-inputted information and thus,replicate and transmit the new knowledge.
