苏区时期毛泽东的民主思想与实践

苏区时期，毛泽东为党的民主理论和民主事业做出了开拓性的贡献。他从理论上阐释了民主与专政的辩证统一关系和民主集中制原则。在实践中，他致力于基层政权工作的民主化，在军队中确立民主制度。他的民主思想价值观趋向是人民性，体现的是人民的利益。但由于种种原因尤其是“左”的思想的影响，这一时期，毛泽东的民主思想在内容上因为还没有全面反思存在于党内的“左”的倾向，而存在某些不完善的地方，在实践中甚至有一些偏差。反思这一时期毛泽东的民主思想与实践，对于今天建设有中国特色社会主义民主事业有重要意义。

The purpose of this article is to examine and reconsider Mao Tse dong's democratic thoughts and practice during the period of the Soviet Areas. It analyses his developing contributions to the CCP's democratic theory and cause. It also discusses the problems existing in his democratic thoughts and practice at that time.
