大豆超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性与其抗旱性关系研究

摘    要:本试验选用抗旱性不同的大豆品种,运用盆栽的方法,研究了叶片超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)与其抗旱性关系,指出植株遇旱SOD活性增强,且以抗旱性强的品种增加幅度较大。在整个生育期间,以植株生长最旺盛的盛花期SOD活性最高。通过研究其与叶片相对电导率的关系,发现该酶能够维持细胞膜系统的完整性,有利于植株逆境条件下的生长。

Abstract:This paper deals with superoxide dismutase(SOD)in relation to drought resistance of soybean. Two kinds of varieties with different drought resistance levels were used in this experiment. From the result it was seen that the activity of SOD increased in drought condition but varied with the varieties, The more the varity resistance to drought, the larger the range of the activity increase. During the period of growth, the activity of SOD was the highest in floworing stage among other stages, Studying the relationship between activity of SOD and rate of conductivity, we could realize that SOD kept the uniform of cell membrane. It was usefull in the plant growth in bad conditions.
