建设工程项目管理发展的原则性探讨

建设工程项目管理工作是一项综合的管理工作，是全面的系统工程。随着时代的发展和行业的进步，其表现形式出现了多种模式，如代建制项目管理模式、建设工程总承包模式、项目管理企业运作模式等，但无论何种模式，最终都应规范到建设工程项目管理的过程环节中。我国的建设工程项目管理工作在行业认识、管理体制以及行业协会的作用上都存在着一定的问题，针对这些问题，本文提出了建设工程项目管理规范化发展的建议。
